Allyson was introduced into the fitness industry at a very young age. She started dancing at the age of 3 and continued dancing competitively all through high school. At this point, she became well known for her desire in fitness. Throughout her collage years, she became a trainer and began her coaching career at a private gym where she led group fitness classes. She trained in Weightlifting, Olympic Lifting and competed in several CrossFit competitions. In 2012, Allyson and her Husband opened up their very own gym. That same year, Allyson took her dancing experience to a Professional level by auditioning for the NBA. She made the team, and continued dancing for the Miami HEAT for three seasons, including the 2012 Championship Year. She was recognized with the “Fitness Dancer”award in her first "rookie" year. She assisted the head trainer, by leading and programming the vigorous workouts for the Dancers. In her return as a MHD alumnae, she helped several Heat Dancer hopefuls during the intense bootcamp process. Allyson continues being an avid fitness enthusiast and decided to bring her talents to Orangetheory!

Jennifer's background is primarily Crossfit. She started doing Crossfit as soon as she finished her college athletic career playing womens softball at the age of 19. She started coaching 5 years ago, when her love for Crossfit grew more and more. Her passion has always been sports and fitness since she was a little girl, her favorite sport being football. She graduated from the University of Miami in 2011 and received her bachelors in Exercise physiology. She is extremely motivational and has always been a determined leader. She won't stop pushing you, until you have reached your goals!

Jairus Williams 

Born and raised in Miami. I grew up playing basketball, football, and running track and field. I also believe in having a fit mind as well as a fit body. I love to go to the beach and having fun outdoors. Living an All-Out life has brought me to Orangetheory Fitness!

Jay has been active since a child. From playing baseball, basketball, football to gymnastics, skateboarding on a team, to MMA. His passion for the fitness industry started 5 years ago with his own fitness journey. In 2011 he realized he needed to make a change in his life and become active again. In 5 months he dropped 40 pounds. That is when he got a spark for the fitness industry. He then began to train to be the best version of himself. He became an employee of a local gym and worked his way to manager to ensure that every member got the service they deserved. In 2016 he got his first, of many to come, certification for training.

My name is Cody Aaron Velez. I was born and raised in sunny Miami. I’m a bit of a fitness freak! If I’m not training or outside staying active, chances are I’m eating or sleeping. My fitness journey started when I was about 11 years old. I was struggling with my weight, and I wasn’t happy about it. It started simply with 150 push-ups and sit-ups at night before bed. Then fast forward 10 years. Now my entire life is revolved around staying fit and being healthy. As a fitness professional, I take it upon myself to become involved with my clients and the people around me. I like to foster meaningful relationships that are mutually beneficial. I love learning and I love teaching. More than anything, I love seeing people succeed, especially if I was a contributor in any way to their success.
